Pack lands Smith:

Tracy Smith, a 6-foot-7, 230-pound senior forward from Mount Zion Christian Academy in Durham, announced a commitment to N.C. State on Monday. All-Star Sports recruiting analyst Bob Gibbons said N.C. State's class of current high school seniors now ranks second in the ACC behind Duke's and probably in the top 10 nationally.

This class has turned out far better than I expected. If Lowe can string together a few top 10 classes in a row, we'll be back in business.
