-- JJ Hickson got off to a slow start because he was forcing the issue and taking bad shots, but he became more patient as the game progressed and finished 4-6 from the field after the 1-4 start.
-- I also liked what I saw from Tracy Smith: 11 points in 11 minutes, yeah, not bad. He wasn't the least bit tentative (nor was Hickson, for that matter).
-- Ben didn't get very many touches in the post tonight, but he made the most of the few field goal attempts he had, as we've come to expect at this point.
-- The first thing I noticed about Farnold Degand is he gets this intensely determined look on his face when he's handling the ball. His performance was about what I expected: didn't factor into the scoring too much but was effective using his speed to penetrate and dish.
-- Our terrible defensive rebounding was an annoyance, but other than that, no complaints.
